📋 Description

• Drive enterprise-level strategic planning, scenario modelling, and decision support for executive leadership • Provide strategic reporting to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors • Direct the financial planning calendar and cadence • Lead enterprise capital allocation discussions, target setting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis • Oversee corporate planning cycles, KPI definition, strategic alignment, and executive review processes • Lead Executive Committee and Board reporting packages • Partner with SEC Reporting and Investor Relations on quarterly earnings preparation and external financial guidance analysis • Design annual corporate bonus and long-term incentive schemes with Total Rewards and Wellbeing leadership • Lead financial assessments for enterprise-level and confidential strategic initiatives • Partner with Corporate Development and Strategy on relevant workstreams • Engage with the Executive Committee, CEO, and CFO on high-level financial discussions • Support Global Finance transformation, including AI adoption, Oracle EPM adoption, forecast process improvements, and process improvements • Lead and inspire the Corporate FP&A team and foster matrix relationships across Global Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across FP&A, including enterprise planning, target setting, strategic reporting, and financial performance management • Experience in a global biopharmaceutical company is an advantage • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, work in matrix organizations, and drive strategic initiatives • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage senior executives and lead a high-performance organization • Strong financial modelling and analytics skills, including translating complex analysis into strategic narratives • Demonstrated financial acumen and problem-solving capability • Knowledge of financial systems including Oracle and SAP • Willingness to travel internationally, including to headquarters in Dublin • Relevant financial or management qualification, such as an MBA, qualified accountant qualification, or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of operational experience
