âą Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the meat processing industry in France, with a focus on Brittany âą Drive sales of stand-alone equipment and integrated primary processing lines âą Identify customer needs and translate them into practical, value-driven processing solutions âą Manage the sales process from prospecting and opportunity development through quotation, negotiation, and project handover âą Work closely with Product Specialists and Sales Engineers to develop technical and commercial proposals âą Support the successful implementation and delivery of sold solutions âą Ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales cycle âą Contribute to strategic account planning and annual sales plans for the region âą Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and proactively manage opportunities âą Participate in exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and industry events âą Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify future business opportunities
âą Bachelorâs degree in a technical or commercial field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline âą At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, account management, or solution selling âą Experience in food processing, meat processing, or industrial equipment is an advantage âą Strong relationship-building and communication skills âą Ability to understand technical processing solutions and translate them into customer value âą Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness âą Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented personality âą Comfortable working independently while collaborating across international teams âą Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written âą Willingness to travel regularly within France and occasionally abroad (approximately 50%)
