• Work directly with customers on site at their food production facility • Gather and prioritize customer requirements while on site, assess customer production lines, and provide feedback for process improvement • Locate necessary information and resources, explore options, identify a solution, and manipulate the portioning system software to meet the customer's needs • Measure data, analyze trends, and communicate results. • Coordinate customer visits based on department priorities and strategic programs.
• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Poultry Science, or Meat Science • 1+ years of experience with technical concepts involving computers, software, and robotics principles • The ability to creatively translate customer requirements into practical applications • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
