📋 Description

• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Poland and EMEA • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency • Support customers with operational, maintenance, and technical guidance • Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practices • Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations • Identify spare parts requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements where appropriate • Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery • Support larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with electrical knowledge • A proactive and customer-focused mindset • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Poland and EMEA • Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering • Experience working in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing environments • Strong understanding of mechanical systems with electrical fault-finding capability • Experience within food processing or automated industrial equipment is an advantage • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Fluent Turkish and good English communication skills (written and spoken) • Valid driving licence and passport required
