📋 Description

‱ Responsible for customer site installation and commissioning of equipment ‱ Training, retrofits, service, and preventative maintenance ‱ Lead role at a project site ‱ Install & commission new systems within schedule and budget ‱ Handle mechanical, hydraulic, ultra-high pressure fluid, electrical, and control systems ‱ Troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic and centrifugal pumps ‱ Work on filtration systems ‱ Administer and report on projects ‱ Lead on-site project staff ‱ Train customers and Avure staff in classroom and practical settings ‱ Ensure personal and site staff safety ‱ Maintain quality assurance ‱ Provide remote support of customers and coworkers

🎯 Requirements

‱ AS, AAS, or equivalent education/work experience ‱ 3+ years of experience in a Field Service Technician capacity ‱ Willing to travel up to 70%, domestically and internationally ‱ Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical prints, along with PLC ladder logic ‱ Familiar with cooling, pneumatic and high/low pressure systems ‱ Use of torque wrenches ‱ Use of precision measurement instruments ‱ Proactive mindset, self-starter, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working as a team ‱ Ability to work independently ‱ Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based databases ‱ Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems ‱ Experience installing multimillion dollar capital equipment products ‱ Ability to coordinate, set priorities and lead a large project including crane operations, rigging, electrical installation, and plumbing ‱ Demonstrated experience working with PLC's, HMI, and SCADA systems ‱ Experience with ultra-high pressure or water jet cutting machines desired ‱ Previous work experience in a food processing facility desired ‱ Valid Driver's License and valid passport.
