📋 Description

• Responsible for customer site installation and commissioning of equipment • Training, retrofits, service, and preventative maintenance • Lead role at a project site • Install & commission new systems within schedule and budget • Handle mechanical, hydraulic, ultra-high pressure fluid, electrical, and control systems • Troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic and centrifugal pumps • Work on filtration systems • Administer and report on projects • Lead on-site project staff • Train customers and Avure staff in classroom and practical settings • Ensure personal and site staff safety • Maintain quality assurance • Provide remote support of customers and coworkers

🎯 Requirements

• AS, AAS, or equivalent education/work experience • 3+ years of experience in a Field Service Technician capacity • Willing to travel up to 70%, domestically and internationally • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical prints, along with PLC ladder logic • Familiar with cooling, pneumatic and high/low pressure systems • Use of torque wrenches • Use of precision measurement instruments • Proactive mindset, self-starter, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working as a team • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based databases • Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems • Experience installing multimillion dollar capital equipment products • Ability to coordinate, set priorities and lead a large project including crane operations, rigging, electrical installation, and plumbing • Demonstrated experience working with PLC's, HMI, and SCADA systems • Experience with ultra-high pressure or water jet cutting machines desired • Previous work experience in a food processing facility desired • Valid Driver's License and valid passport.
