📋 Description
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules • Develop and customize workflows, scripts, business rules • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data imports • Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
🎯 Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development • 2+ years focused on GRC/IRM • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer • Experience with Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk
