📋 Description
• Develop and manage Test Data Management (TDM) frameworks for ServiceNow GRC implementations. • Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies for GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, etc. • Work with business and functional teams to gather and analyze testing and compliance requirements. • Create test scenarios, test plans, test datasets, and validation workflows. • Ensure data integrity, availability, traceability, and compliance across environments. • Support UAT, Regression, and Integration testing cycles. • Document test outputs, defects, results, and publish compliance status reports. • Assist in platform configuration validation and workflow reviews. • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities within test environments. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quick resolution of defects and gaps.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years specific to GRC modules. • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, compliance controls, risk management methodologies, and audit processes. • Hands-on experience in Test Data Management within ServiceNow implementations. • Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, workflows, data structures, and integration points. • Experience in creating test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and continuous delivery practices. • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. • ServiceNow certifications in GRC or related modules preferred.
