📋 Description

• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives. • Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps. • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. • Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and solution standardization. • Collaborate with development, QA, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide technical guidance during design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Mentor developers and technical consultants on architecture and implementation best practices. • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams. • Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client workshops when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience. • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). • Expertise in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, security, and governance. • Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture documentation. • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive architecture decisions. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
