📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across open go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager roles, as well as revenue operations and partnerships positions • Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for passive go-to-market talent • Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, market realities, compensation positioning, and hiring requirements • Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever • Provide hiring managers and leadership with clear pipeline visibility • Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience with timely communication at every stage • Work closely with the GTM recruiter and sales leadership across multiple markets • Take ownership of live requisitions and deliver candidate pipeline immediately

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations or partnerships roles • Fluent English is required • Fluent Spanish required • Portuguese is a significant advantage • Based in Colombia • Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and competitive mapping • Prior contract or agency experience is preferred, particularly a track record of joining active searches and producing results quickly • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is a plus • Practical fluency with AI tools in a recruiting context • Able to work independently with limited supervision following initial briefing and context-setting
