📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across open go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager roles, as well as revenue operations and partnerships positions. • Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for primarily passive go-to-market talent. • Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, including market realities, compensation positioning, and requirement adjustments. • Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever. • Provide hiring managers and leadership with clear pipeline visibility. • Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience with timely communication. • Join the Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data organizations. • Partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across global teams. • Conduct deep sourcing, technical screening, market mapping, candidate experience management, and closing. • Report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations or partnerships roles. • Fluent English is required. • Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese is a significant advantage given the markets these roles cover. • Based in Mexico. • Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and competitive mapping. • Prior contract or agency experience is preferred, particularly a track record of joining active searches and producing results quickly. • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is a plus. • Practical fluency with AI tools in a recruiting context. • Able to work independently with limited supervision following initial briefing and context-setting.
