• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking partnerships and new growth initiatives for country leads through executive leadership • Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment across programs and segments • Provide interpretations and recommendations when programs underperform or trends shift • Support quarterly and annual GTM business reviews with cohort breakdowns, market-level benchmarks, and forward-looking indicators • Contribute to GTM capacity planning and quota-setting by modeling scenarios, building attainment reports, and stress-testing assumptions • Maintain performance-against-target reporting, track attainment, flag outliers, and reconcile data • Support variable compensation analysis by running calculations, auditing accuracy, and partnering with Finance on timely payouts • Build and maintain data structures for reliable rolling forecasts in new and high-growth segments • Use AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate data synthesis, and build scalable analytical programs • Identify and operationalize RevOps process improvements through AI • Apply AI-assisted analysis to pipeline, rep activity, customer behavior, and market-trend datasets • Audit data quality across HubSpot CRM, Tableau, and financial systems • Connect CRM, marketing automation, financial, and proprietary revenue data into unified reporting • Document data models, metric definitions, and reporting logic • Partner with sales leadership in planning and pipeline review cycles • Serve as an analytical resource to the Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to GTM data collection, management, and usage
• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related GTM-adjacent role • Hands-on Tableau experience required; ability to demonstrate dashboards built from scratch • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Strong SQL skills • Experience working with CRM data; HubSpot preferred • Experience connecting CRM, marketing automation, and financial data to downstream or unified reporting • Understanding of conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), pipeline coverage, ramp curves, revenue attainment, and customer health • Data modeling experience supporting forecasting, compensation analysis, and multi-region rollups • Active day-to-day use of AI tools, Claude Copilot/Code, or equivalent required • Experience using AI to automate reporting pipelines, accelerate analysis, or build scalable operational programs • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field • Fluency in English required • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred • Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis strongly preferred • Experience in B2B fintech, payments, corporate banking, or expense management is a plus • Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-region revenue reporting is a plus • Experience with channel partnerships, broker networks, or indirect sales models is a plus
