• Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients. • Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system. • Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry. • Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role in financial services, payments, crypto, blockchain/digital asset technologies • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales. • Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification. • Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to identify and engage with potential clients. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
