• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach the development team and product owners on agile principles • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment • Identify and resolve technical or functional bottlenecks • Collaborate with Product Owners to help deliver the backlog • Build and manage reporting through JIRA
• Experience working with Salesforce • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar • Ability to adapt and respond to change
