• Create performance-driven video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube. • Apply storytelling, pacing, hooks, and CTAs designed to maximize engagement and conversions. • Edit and adapt content for different formats (ads, social media, promo reels, shorts). • Stay on top of creative and cultural trends in Italy to deliver highly relevant, fresh, and engaging videos. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and optimize video creatives using data-driven insights. • Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to enhance video production and efficiency.
• Fluency in Italian (native or advanced) and ability to craft culturally relevant creative content. • At least 3 years of video editing experience, preferably within events, marketing, or creative agencies. • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and performance-driven editing. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and Canva. • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Eleven Labs) is a plus. • Strong sense of timing, attention to detail, and visual storytelling. • Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
