📋 Description

• Design high-performing creative for paid social, including Meta and TikTok, from concept to final asset • Build multiple angles and variations for testing conversion performance • Work inside the AI-native workflow using Midjourney, Runway, and other tools • Use performance data to inform creative iterations • Adapt design style across a range of brands

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing conversion-focused creative • Portfolio showing performance-oriented creative work, not just aesthetics • Strong grasp of direct-response principles: hooks, angles, and visual attention • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar • Genuine fluency with AI design tools • Self-directed, reliable, and fast without cutting corners • Speaking Italian is a real plus
