• Conduct PRA analyses, calculations, and risk-informed engineering evaluations • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, innovative solutions • Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Mentor and support early-career engineers through knowledge-sharing and guidance • Advise and interpret new and advanced nuclear regulations, methods, and approaches to support industry (e.g., NEI) and advanced nuclear vendor needs • Contribute to business growth by building relationships and identifying opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience) • Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to nuclear safety • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal • 5+ years of PRA experience (10+ for senior-level consideration) • Hands-on experience in PRA (internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, or risk-informed applications) • Familiarity with NRC risk-informed processes • Prior consulting or client-facing experience • Project management or technical leadership experience
