• Own end-to-end channel expansion • Shape the innovative channel roadmap • Apply strong marketing fundamentals • Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations • Design and execute rigorous experiments • Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics • Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing • Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred • Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers • Strong quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics • Genuine creative acumen • Excited about applying AI tools and agents in marketing • Curiosity and resourcefulness: energized by new channels. • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
