📋 Description

• concept and produce performance creative end-to-end • bring a sharp creative eye to every asset • stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts • develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in performance • translate performance data into creative direction • manage and maximize agency and production partners • edit video directly • leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production • proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels • strong performance creative intuition • elevated visual taste • video editing fluency • collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset • AI fluency • bonus: experience in both a performance media agency and a brand or design agency
