📋 Description

• Edit high volumes of performance video ads end-to-end • Cut with performance instincts: building tension in hooks, controlling pacing, and constructing narratives • Iterate rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback • Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and growth teams • Handle motion graphics, basic color, and audio mixing • Organize and maintain an efficient editing workflow • Leverage AI editing tools to accelerate output • QC all outgoing assets against platform specs and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience • Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut • Comfortable with After Effects for motion and basic compositing • Strong performance editing instincts • Ability to operate at high volume without sacrificing quality • Motion graphics and basic color grading capability • Collaborative and communicative • AI fluency
