📋 Description
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and ROI models for enterprise AI transformation. • Build and lead our AI adoption practice: from initial pilots to scaled rollouts. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward-deployed engineers. • Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms. • Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in consulting and strategic partnerships. • Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery. • Strong network across SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders. • Deep understanding of the modern software development lifecycle. • Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required.
