📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather business needs and translate them into Salesforce implementations. • Work closely with other technical specialists like analysts, developers, and external contractors to enhance Salesforce’s capabilities and implement custom solutions. • Design and configure the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless workflows and automation, setting objects and role models, and providing system enhancements. • Manage integrations between Salesforce, internal systems, and third-party applications to ensure smooth data flow and data consistency. • Provide user training and organize ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce features. • Assist technical writers in creating technical and end-user documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar. • A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and configuration. • Proven experience with Sales Cloud and related add-ons. • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced integrations with Salesforce. • The ability to engage with business stakeholders and understand operational challenges to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external contractors. • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
