📋 Description

• Identify and validate new opportunities to increase ReSharper’s impact on JetBrains business. • Extensively interact with users to identify their needs, understand their challenges, and devise appropriate solutions. • Conduct the necessary UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions. • Identify the product metrics needed to monitor success and make data-driven decisions. • Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses. • Define and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses short-term and long-term goals. • Work closely with engineering teams to clearly define problems and assist in designing, delivering, and iterating solutions. • Collaborate with analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, and marketing and growth teams. • Cooperate with the authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a technical education or experience in software development. • Have at least three years of product management or equivalent experience. • Have a deep understanding of product metrics. • Are familiar with programming languages and modern software development practices. • Have a proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams. • Have experience working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams. • Are able to demonstrate a track record of customer-centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities. • Are proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills. • Are able to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development. • Have professional experience writing code in C#. • Have a background in developer tooling.
