• Manage HubSpot, ensuring correct configuration and governance to meet the sales team’s needs; • Ensure standardization of the sales funnel, effective implementation of automations, proper lead routing, and integration with other platforms to guarantee smooth and efficient processes; • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and sales forecasts, providing visibility into team and process performance; • Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales funnel by analyzing data and performance to optimize processes and maximize results; • Eliminate manual tasks and optimize sales cadences to increase the commercial team’s efficiency; • Adjust the commercial tech stack and ensure smooth collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for a more integrated and efficient sales process; • Lead seller onboarding, delivering continuous training through playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling techniques, and monitor tool usage to ensure adoption and performance; • Assist in defining goals, territories, and forecasts, and provide strategic insights to accelerate sales and improve team performance; • Support the design and execution of initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of the department and the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; • Analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify patterns and trends, and make evidence-based strategic decisions; • Effective communication skills to translate complex information into clear, accessible language, adapting to different audiences such as managers and sellers; • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, understanding and supporting the needs of different areas; • Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value; • Adaptability to dynamic and fast-evolving environments; • Hands-on experience creating and managing automations and workflows, focused on improving operational efficiency; • Experience using management systems such as CRM and/or ERP; HubSpot experience is a plus; • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the commercial/sales area.
