📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day studio operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, processes, and workflows to support scalable growth. • Ensure compliance with studio policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions. • Build, manage, and analyze operational and performance reports in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization required). • Track KPIs and provide accurate data-driven insights to the Director of Operations and ownership. • Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to streamline reporting systems. • Support the development of tracking systems for sales, membership growth, and other revenue categories. • Compile data for review and help identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. • Work closely with the Director of Operations to align studio operations with company goals. • Provide clear communication and reporting on daily operational performance. • Support ownership and management in special projects and operational initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dashboards, and data analysis tools). • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Analytical and process-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
