📋 Description

• Develop and plan social media strategies for each brand (artists, shows, entertainment formats) • Execute social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Twitch) • Work closely with all stakeholders across management, production, and music teams • Research, plan, and create distinctive content tailored to each social media channel • Produce reports and analyses and translate insights into strategic recommendations • Monitor and report on current social media trends (DACH and international) • Community management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing, planning, and executing social media posts • Strong awareness of current trends and a forward-thinking, visionary mindset • Solid proficiency in content production (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and common editing/video software) • Understanding of relevant KPIs, metrics, and social media tools • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment (quality control is an important part of this role) • Strong communication skills in German and English • Sensitivity to diverse cultures and personalities • Relevant agency experience is a plus
