📋 Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, IBs, affiliates, and partners within targeted markets • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities within Forex markets • Develop and implement territory-specific action plans using data-driven analysis • Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, online channels, and industry events • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high service levels and retention • Onboard, train, and support IBs and affiliates to maximize their performance • Prepare accurate, professional, and concise reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, performance results, and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of FX trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5), order types, spreads, leverage, and market structures • Familiarity with global FX regulations and different market segments (retail, IBs, affiliates, institutional) • Ability to interpret data, metrics, and market trends to drive decision-making • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities • High initiative, resilience and result oriented mindset
