📋 Description
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for small business clients, giving them the insights they need to succeed. • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing support with accounting, payroll, and basic software questions—all while building strong, professional relationships. • Deliver exceptional service with a focus on timely responses and dependable follow-through to keep things moving forward. • Maintain accurate practice management reports and handle sensitive business matters confidentially. • Work closely with teams in IT, payroll, tax, and consulting to provide seamless support and well-rounded service. • Spot opportunities for efficiency, recommend improvements, and contribute to the firm's continuous improvement culture. • Stay up to date with evolving accounting practices and technology, participate in trainings, and share your learning with the team. • Actively support firm-wide goals and embody our vision and core values in everything you do.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred—but not required if you bring the skills and drive. • 1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners ready to grow. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online). Certification is a bonus—or something you’re willing to pursue. • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools and systems. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication is a must—especially when working with clients and teammates.
