JHU EEHPC is the Energy Efficient High Performance Computing Lab at Johns Hopkins University, led by Tinoosh Mohsenin. The lab focuses on designing medical, health, and wearable devices and developing tiny, energy-efficient wearable and mobile computing systems through cross-layer approaches spanning algorithms, architecture, hardware, and system integration. It applies high-performance computing and artificial intelligence methods to smart health monitoring, robotics, autonomous navigation, and related domains, aiming to revolutionize healthcare, transportation, and public utilities.

📋 Description

• Manage accounting and reconciliation tasks for library materials & collection acquisitions. • Ensure accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain coordination between Library & University departments. • Maintain system-level reconciliation between ALMA and SAP. • Manage specialized payment activity such as foreign wire payments, foreign currency conversions, and vendor refunds/credits. • Oversee the weekly ALMA to SAP invoice export file; monitor the ALMA EDI vendor invoice process. • Create and maintain vendor records in both ALMA and SAP. • Maintain financial records and process related data. • Monitor, verify, and reconcile accounts. • Interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support financial records. • Prepare correspondence and answer inquiries regarding accounting information as required. • Analyze accounting information and prepare reports and statements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent. • Two years of related experience. • Additional education may substitute for required experience. • Proficient use of ALMA or other Library Management Systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
