📋 Description

• Build a central Tableau reporting suite integrating HiBob, payroll and compensation-tool data into one source of truth • Create leadership dashboards and provide reliable People data for decision-making • Own the quality and structure of People data • Use analytics to identify workforce trends, risks and process bottlenecks • Identify high-friction HR processes and improve them with AI agents and workflow automation from prototype through production • Improve employee and manager self-service with AI tools • Connect systems of record and improve data flow between HR and Finance • Ensure solutions are auditable, explainable and GDPR-compliant, with responsible-AI guardrails • Run hands-on workshops and co-building sessions • Write playbooks enabling the team to build and maintain automations independently • Within three months, learn People systems and data flows, agree reporting scope, and launch a quick-win automation • Within six months, put the central reporting suite into leadership use and have at least one AI-enabled HR process running in production

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, AI and automation, or technical systems roles • 2+ years of hands-on work with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, with solutions taken into production • Track record of improving business processes through automation or system redesign, with demonstrable results • Strong data analysis skills • Expert-level Tableau proficiency • Database knowledge is a plus • Expert knowledge of HiBob as a user, including its data and reporting • Understanding of data privacy and GDPR compliance when handling sensitive people data • Ability to explain technical choices in plain language and teach others to use built solutions • Direct experience in an HR or People Operations team is nice to have • Certification in AI, machine learning, analytics or automation is nice to have • Experience working with Finance, Legal or external HR service providers is nice to have
