🎯 Requirements

• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent data entry and typing skills • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • 3 years of call center, data entry and medical background experience • Bilingual English/Spanish speakers a plus
