📋 Description

• Design and enforce idiomatic infrastructure deployment patterns • Develop mechanisms for safe migrations, automated rollbacks, and canarying • Extend and automate CI/CD pipelines to prevent outages and improve reliability • Own infrastructure as code architecture; reduce drift and eliminate hand-rolled server changes • Improve reproducibility of bare-metal and containerized setups • Improve observability across our telemetry stack

🎯 Requirements

• Have deep experience building CI/CD pipelines, automated release processes, and zero-downtime deployments. • Set a cultural bar: lead by example of technical excellence • Have led or owned production infrastructure for highly available systems • Enjoy turning messy, partially-scripted environments into clean, automated ones • Are comfortable being “the adult in the room” for DevOps standards • Can work autonomously and help the rest of engineering level up • Believe good processes make teams faster rather than just to check a box
