📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain robust build and deployment systems to ensure efficient software delivery • Automate processes, manage software installations, and ensure the reliability of build pipelines • Enable development teams by building scalable, easy-to-use build systems with full lifecycle responsibilities • Work with modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, containers, and microservices • Collaborate with other engineers, product management, and operations in a distributed, remote-friendly team • Build and create a reliable, stable, and scalable SaaS offering for customers

• Enjoy helping and mentoring others around you as you grow and become a successful engineer and developer • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Are capable of working in a distributed team and able to excel in a remote culture • Are self-driven and able to work on key initiatives • Take pleasure in making things happen and listen to the input from peers • Are able to make data driven decisions • Are a believer in a best idea strategy regardless of where or who ideas come from • 10+ years of experience in building large scale distributed applications. • Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with great attention to detail • Experience with Microservices and Cloud-based architectures/design patterns • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on automation. • Experience with software packaging and installation tools (e.g., RPM, InstallShield, NSIS, or WiX Toolset). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. • Proficiency in build tools such as CMake, Make, Gradle, Maven, or similar. • Solid understanding of operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and macOS. • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies. • Familiar with application deployment via Docker and/or Kubernetes. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiar with Java is a plus • Experience with top tier RDBMS such as SQL Server and MySQL is a plus
