• Lead/execute end‑to‑end payroll cycles in Infor HR Payroll/Lawson (calculate, audit, post, and close). • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Infor GHR and Payroll systems for clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop customized strategies to streamline HR and payroll processes. • Provide expert guidance on best practices in HCM, payroll processing, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and deliver training programs to equip clients’ HR teams with the necessary skills for effective system usage. • Maintain project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and compliance-related materials. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and product updates to provide clients with the most current solutions and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and consulting on Infor GHR and Payroll systems. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance standards. • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively. • Professional certifications related to HR or Payroll (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CPP) are preferred.
