📋 Description

• Responsibility for planning, managing and executing technical projects in the areas of cloud, hybrid and on-premises • Analyze existing infrastructure and system landscapes; develop architecture concepts and roadmaps • Migrate on-premises solutions to the cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrate hybrid scenarios • Operate and further develop complex system architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, virtualization, Active Directory, networks) • Serve as the interface to the client: technical consulting, workshops, requirements gathering and alignment • Provide technical leadership, coaching and support to colleagues • Ensure quality, documentation, test strategies and governance in projects • Identify and implement automation opportunities, standardization and optimization • Monitoring, performance analysis, scaling and troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments

🎯 Requirements

• Early to advanced experience in implementing technical IT projects, ideally in cloud and on-premises environments • Solid knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) as well as experience with traditional on-premises technologies (servers, virtualization, networks, storage) • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) • Knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, load balancers, firewalls) • Ideally experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both on technical and business levels • Structured and organized way of working, ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently • Experience in leading or mentoring teams or technical colleagues is a plus • Very good German and good English skills (written & spoken)
