⢠Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans ⢠Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities ⢠Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress ⢠Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards ⢠Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care ⢠Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health ⢠Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and wrap-around supports that enhance overall well-being ⢠Contribute to program development by bringing clinical insights that shape innovative services and improve outcomes ⢠Engage in professional development and training opportunities to expand clinical expertise and support career growth ⢠Foster a culture of inclusion and resilience, modeling empathy and cultural humility in every client interaction
⢠Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field ⢠LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois, Texas, Maryland or the District of Columbia ⢠Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions ⢠Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities ⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team ⢠Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays
