📋 Description

• Support financial operations for an established client portfolio through administrative and analytical functions within JLL's global finance framework • Manage financial transactions between JLL and external suppliers, including processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships • Assist with month-end and period-end closing procedures • Oversee monthly billing processes for accurate and timely invoicing • Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks • Assist with records reconciliation across systems and accounts • Provide timely support for financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required • Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to changing work demands and priorities • Quick learning ability with genuine desire for professional development and skill enhancement • Previous exposure to supplier management, month-end procedures, or financial reconciliation processes preferred but not mandatory • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Systematic, process-driven approach with attention to detail and accuracy • Familiarity with JDE E1 and/or SAP financial systems highly advantageous
