📋 Description

• Manage the tactical building of multi-year real estate capital plans • Leverage experience in cost and schedule management, financial planning, facilities management, and construction project management • Manage and analyze the client dataset to generate thoughtful insights • Establishes a trusting partnership with both client and on-account leadership • Drive technology enablement and adoptions with internal and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Preference towards Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management • 5+ years in real estate and construction program/process management • 5+ years of experience developing project charters (scope, schedules, budgets, business justifications and risk assessments) • Ability to generate AACE level 4-5 cost evaluations • Demonstrated understanding of real estate and construction finance principles.
