📋 Description

• Identify critical risks across JLL’s business lines, including PDS, WPM, and PM • Identify critical controls, assess their vulnerability, and determine assurance activities • Extract insights from incidents and high-potential near-misses to update risk assessments and drive continual improvement • Collate safety data and calculate leading and lagging performance metrics • Coordinate with operations teams to plan and execute field verification interventions and deep dives • Verify the presence and effectiveness of critical controls • Promote good practices and identify local constraints, unsafe deviations, and lessons learned • Expand knowledge of contemporary safety management, operational risk management, and emerging good practices • Build relationships with stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve issues • Intervene when unsafe conditions are encountered

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, or equivalent discipline • Experience in construction, facility, or property management environments with exposure to high-risk work and assets • Experience analysing operational, project, and maintenance activities to identify hazards, unwanted events, and potentially fatal consequences • Experience identifying critical controls, assessing their vulnerability, and identifying assurance activities • Experience extracting insights from incidents and high-potential near-misses • Working knowledge of leading and lagging safety performance indicators, data collation, and metric calculation • Skill in coordinating field verification interventions into operational, project, and maintenance activities • Willingness to expand knowledge in contemporary safety management, operational risk management, and emerging good practices in high-risk industries • Ability to identify occupational and operational/process safety risks • Experience preparing and reviewing risk assessments, HIRAs, JSAs, and SWMS • Working knowledge of permit-to-work system design and implementation • Working knowledge of control failure analysis and assurance and verification activities • Preferred: recognized qualification in safety management or risk management • Preferred: experience implementing and assuring critical control management systems in complex, multicultural environments
