📋 Description

• Administer the Corrigo CMMS platform to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and adherence to operational standards through configuration management, system audits, and database maintenance protocols • Configure system settings including user access controls, property/asset hierarchies, work order scheduling processes, and system integrations to meet specific client requirements • Partner with client teams as the primary CMMS technical advisor and subject matter expert, processing data requests efficiently while maintaining accurate time tracking for reimbursable services • Develop reporting solutions and analytics that deliver performance insights, support account teams with complex data analysis, and maintain comprehensive database accuracy through regular validation • Analyze client change requests, provide impact assessments to support decision-making, and deliver system training and knowledge transfer to maximize platform adoption • Document and deploy configuration changes following change management protocols, explore innovative solutions within existing system capabilities, and implement process improvements based on industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Corrigo Platform certification with demonstrated hands-on experience administering the system • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis functions, and reporting capabilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
