📋 Description

• Support Client Account teams in meeting obligations under the Management Agreement • Manage service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works • Perform special projects and Client Account Team relief • Conduct inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems • Manage cleaning & waste, energy management, occupational health & safety, supplier management • Oversee Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related fields • Experience in facilities management • Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills • Experience working across remote sites • Proficiency in Excel & Word • Preferred experience working with FM software platform
