📋 Description

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental standards • Develop, maintain and implement HSSE and quality management systems across the organization • Monitor compliance with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) • Coordinate internal and external HSSE audits • Support project teams with safety plans and risk assessments • Conduct incident investigations • Manage training programs • KPI reporting • Conduct site visits to identify improvement measures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry (preferably in office, retail or hotel fit-outs) • Leadership and communication skills • Ability to work independently under pressure • Good English skills (additional European languages advantageous) • NEBOSH General Certificate, SMSTS, and MS Office proficiency • Desirable: NVQ/NEBOSH Diploma Level 5/6, ISO auditor qualifications, first aid certificate, specialist qualifications in fire safety and environmental management.
