• 2–4 years in product support or operations • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools • Experience navigating cross-functional stakeholders • Clear communicator for technical and non-technical audiences • Customer-first orientation with high-quality support delivery • Self-directed and organized in fast-paced environments • Enthusiastic about AI and continuous learning
