📋 Description

• Plan and execute JLL Technologies' global customer learning strategy • Design, develop, and update training content, including quick reference guides, standard e-learning courses, and interactive walkthroughs • Use AI-powered tools and generative platforms to draft scripts, build assessments, and streamline content creation • Build and maintain localized in-app guidance and contextual help using tools such as Pendo • Deliver live virtual instructor-led training and standard onboarding courses for internal employees, partners, and global customers • Collaborate with LMS administrators to publish customer training materials and track enrollment data • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps and align content with upcoming feature releases • Conduct post-training customer surveys, monitor NPS, and review feedback with leadership to improve course quality • Support personalized, role-based learning journeys for customer onboarding • Use AI translation tools to adapt and publish training assets in multiple languages as needed • Collaborate with instructional designers, product experts, and customer success teams to scale learning experiences across JLLT product suites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience as a trainer or corporate specialist • Experience creating training content, instructional manuals, and interactive guides in a professional corporate environment • Proficiency with instructional design and video editing software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, or equivalent tools • Experience utilizing digital adoption platforms or in-app support tools, specifically Pendo or similar guidance software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to speak publicly and facilitate live group training • Strong project and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet strict publication schedules • Familiarity with modern cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course catalogs and student transcripts • Solid technical aptitude and basic understanding of business software systems or cloud-based applications • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones • Preferred: Experience as a customer trainer or educational specialist within a fast-paced, growth-driven SaaS company • Preferred: Active familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Descript • Preferred: Experience with enterprise property management or facilities platforms like Corrigo Enterprise, TRIRIGA, or ServiceNow • Preferred: Familiarity with agile or software development lifecycles • Preferred: Creativity, flexibility, and passion for driving user adoption and customer self-sufficiency
