📋 Description

• Support the US Sales Enablement team with detailed and short client reports, prospect client lists, and market research projects • Provide company- and market-level information and analysis to teams across the United States • Serve as a point of contact for research support and fulfill stakeholder research requirements • Mentor team members and participate in quality control, grooming, and training • Lead projects and guide the team on scoping, timelines, content, and presentation • Assist with workflow management and work allocation • Improve research offerings, content structure, and presentation • Help maintain work ethics and prevent SLA misses • Improve existing research tools and help develop new tools using automation • Maintain the Intelligence Hub, including updating and archiving materials • Promote team awareness and utilization through internal communication channels • Conduct quality control checks and guide aligned analysts to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail • Strong planning, project management and problem resolution skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Knowledge of Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, PitchBook, and Sales Navigator databases • Relevant graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed institution • 5+ years of relevant market research and consulting experience • Real estate industry experience is a bonus • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management • Ability to collect, analyze, and present information clearly and concisely • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
