📋 Description
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly property financial statements • Execute the complete monthly/quarterly close process • Serve as the primary accounting resource for site property teams • Manage the accounts payable process • Coordinate internal and external audit activities • Oversee cash management functions • Support the annual budget preparation process • Lead the annual year-end reconciliation process
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet functions and data analysis • 0-5 years of accounting experience; real estate accounting experience is a plus • Experience with real estate-specific software platforms such as MRI or Yardi • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access for database management and reporting • Demonstrated adaptability in maintaining effectiveness across varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities • Experience coordinating or participating in audit processes (internal or external)
