⢠Lead month-end close activities for assigned LATAM entities ⢠Execute comprehensive balance sheet reconciliation processes ⢠Manage multi-currency accounting activities ⢠Prepare comprehensive P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis ⢠Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities ⢠Drive process improvement initiatives
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field ⢠3+ years of progressive accounting experience ⢠Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish ⢠Strong knowledge of US GAAP ⢠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ⢠Experience with multi-currency accounting ⢠Proven analytical mindset ⢠Strong attention to detail
