📋 Description

• Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions • Build and maintain rapport with client representatives • Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team • Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data • Guide the client and team through the design implementation process • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules • Prepare various RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services • Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings • Manage project performance against schedules • Identify, manage, and mitigate areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk • Contribute to refining best practices of standards of excellence for the business unit • Assist in training and developing JLL team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of similar working experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
