📋 Description

• Lead the team to administer a property portfolio of over 30 buildings to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients and tenants • Prepare the proposal for new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline • At least 15 years’ experience in property management industry • Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred • Professional membership of HKIH, MCIH, CIH would be definitely an advantage • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills • Excellent client relationship management • Proactive and able to work under pressure • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
