📋 Description

• Act as matrix manager coordinating a dedicated team of trainers • Plan, execute, and scale JLLT’s global customer education initiatives • Mentor senior trainers in the India Tech Center, overseeing scheduling, workloads, and performance • Create, customize, and deliver standard and customized product training programs for customers and internal resources • Collaborate with the Head of Global Learning Services to align team initiatives and individual outputs with the Accelerate 2030 strategic roadmap • Oversee AI-powered workflows to reduce content production timelines and improve efficiency • Support implementation and scaling of multi-touchpoint, role-based orchestrated learning journeys for products such as Corrigo • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to align training with product releases and customer health outcomes • Monitor course completion rates, training NPS, and team content creation efficiency • Encourage use of advanced instructional design technologies and innovative ways of working • Review post-training customer feedback and survey results to improve curriculum delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional training experience • Proven experience in a training leadership or manager role, specifically guiding instructional designers or corporate trainers • Demonstrated success designing, developing, and facilitating standard and highly customized software product training as an individual contributor • Deep experience with modern learning platforms, such as Skilljar LMS, and digital guidance tools like Pendo • Proficiency in instructional software and video editing tools, such as Articulate, Adobe, Clip Champ, or Descript • Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple timelines, budgets, and scheduling • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Track record of being an engaging public speaker and educator • Experience operating within a fast-paced software-as-a-service (SaaS) or corporate environment • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with global stakeholders • Preferred: Experience with corporate training systems for enterprise products like Corrigo Enterprise • Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Descript for automated content generation and translation workflows • Preferred: Experience designing or managing multi-tier customer certification programs • Preferred: Knowledge of data integration models mapping learning metrics to customer health and revenue systems • Preferred: Prior experience within a global tech center or collaborating with cross-border international teams
