📋 Description

• Sustainability Project Management • Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget. • Managing multiple projects in various phases of development. • Supporting the business development team in pitching and winning new businesses. • Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts. • Consulting on green building certifications (LEED, WELL), decarbonization, and sustainability for large real estate clients. • Coordinating activities of large project teams. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining project management processes. • Supporting landlord and tenant negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, energy efficiency, design, or construction project management. • Understanding of technical requirements for Sustainability design and LEED and WELL certification. • Degree or above in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field. • LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred. • Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred. • Experience with GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, Net Zero, Zero Waste is a plus. • Confidentiality, judgment utilization, and minimal supervision capabilities. • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
